Every account starts with 14 days of access at the trial limits: 2 team members, 5 quotes, 100 AI credits, 10 PDF rate-card extraction pages, and 1 pipeline. No credit card required. You can upgrade anytime; if you don't, the workspace becomes read-only at the end of the trial until you choose a plan.
No contract. Monthly plans are billed via Paystack and you can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual plans (which save you two months) can be cancelled too; renewals just stop at the next anniversary.
You do. We process your data so the platform works, but the contacts, deals, quotes, invoices, and supplier records are yours. You can export everything to CSV at any time, and we'll never sell, share, or resell your data.
By default, emails send from a SafiriPro mailbox but show your operator name and company in the From field, with replies routed back to your actual email address. On higher tiers, you can verify your own domain so emails actually send as you (e.g. sara@yourcompany.com). This requires adding two DNS records and takes about ten minutes.
Quotes and invoices can be issued in any major currency (USD, EUR, GBP, KES, TZS, UGX, ZAR, and more), with FX rates snapshotted at quote time so future rate moves don't silently change historical totals. SafiriPro itself is billed in KES via Paystack. For client payments, your invoices include your own bank or M-Pesa details so you collect directly.
Yes. Pro and above include outbound webhooks for deal, quote, and invoice events; point them at Zapier, n8n, Make, or your own service to trigger anything you like. We also fire signed accounting webhooks for invoice.created / sent / paid / cancelled so you can sync to QuickBooks or Xero. Direct REST API access is available on Enterprise.
