Why we built this

African tour operators run some of the most logistically intricate businesses in tourism, and most of them do it from Excel, Word, and a WhatsApp tab with 40 unread chats. The hardest part isn't writing itineraries. It's the decision burden: a lead arrives wanting three destinations for a family of five on a fixed budget, and someone has to dig through PDF contracts for seasonal rates, decode the child policy at every lodge, solve room occupancy, price the activities and transfers, and then do it all again for every alternative.

The global travel-tech tools weren't built for our rate structures, our seasons, our payment rails, or our destinations. So operators either stitched together five generic tools, or they muscled through with spreadsheets. We built SafiriPro to take the math and the digging off their plate: upload your rates once, describe the lead naturally, and choose from costed options instead of building each one by hand.

Who we are

SafiriPro is a product of Peskaya Limited, a software company building operational tools for African service businesses. We're a small team of engineers and designers who've spent our careers shipping production software, and we talk to safari operators every week: at their offices, in the field, and over long calls when a deal is on the line.

What we believe

• The math should be done by software. Your judgment picks the trip; a machine should compute the child rates, seasons, and supplements. Decision fatigue is not a badge of honor.

• Tools should match the work. Generic CRMs ask travel operators to twist their process to fit the software. We do the opposite.

• Show the working. An AI that hands you a number without the logic behind it is a liability in this business. Every figure in SafiriPro traces back to a rate you uploaded.

• Built here, for here. We price in KES, we take Paystack, and we answer WhatsApp. African operators deserve software that treats them as the main audience, not the afterthought.
