Billing FAQ
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. Your data, contacts, quotes, and supplier records all stay in place across plan changes.
Annual plans give you two months free — you pay for ten months and get twelve. They're billed once at the start of the year. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month. Both can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan — you can still see all your contacts, quotes, and suppliers, but you can't create new ones. Pick a plan from the Billing page and everything resumes immediately. Nothing is deleted, even if you wait weeks to upgrade.
If something goes wrong and you contact us within 14 days of a charge, we'll refund it — no questions, no friction. After that, plans run to the end of the period you've paid for and don't auto-renew if you cancel. Annual plans are pro-rated on request for the months you didn't use.
SafiriPro is billed in KES via Paystack — Visa, Mastercard, and M-Pesa are supported. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing with bank transfer. (Your clients can pay you in any currency, with your own bank or M-Pesa details on the invoice — that's separate from how you pay us.)
